While only 1- 3mg of melatonin is often the dosage needed to provide sleep support, this formula contains 10mg per capsule. This higher amount of melatonin supports important physiological effects – in addition to providing sleep support. When dosed between 10mg to 20mg per night, melatonin promotes cell repair, supports immunity, and provides antioxidant effects.
