Place the mouthguard in the water, making sure it’s fully submerged. Keep it there for 20–30 seconds.Carefully remove the mouthguard with a spatula or spoon. Cool it under running tap water for 1–2 seconds.Place the mouthguard into your mouth and bite down firmly. Use your fingers to press it against your teeth and gums to form a precise impression.After 20 seconds, remove the mouthguard and place it in a bowl of cold water for at least 30 seconds. Insert it back in your mouth and test the fit.
