Note on 63A Breakers when using MAX Amps : According to Electrical standard a 4 AWG Wire Gauge is typically recommended, or 16mm² in Metric system sizes. Ensure your electrician uses the correct wires for the breakers amperage otherwise wires will burn and cause fire if incorrect electrical wiring done. Please use a qualified electrician to ensure all wires for breakers are up to standard. If alternative gauge wires used with this variable Trip Limit Breaker please ensure the Correct Amps/Watts is set on the breaker to ensure the breaker can do a safe trip on the trip limit specified for the breaker. Neglecting to set a trip limit on the breaker with other wire gauges used, except for 16mm² can cause electrical issues and possible fires. To install this DIN Rail breaker on a Samite Type Rail DB Board please use the adapter as at DIN Rail to Samite Rail Adapter. Please see the diagram below for installation: The breaker OUTPUT Wires must run THROUGH the Leakage Current Ring if leakage protection will be used on the app. If you need to use the breaker as a 1-Pole Breaker and ONLY LIVE going to an Appliance / Lights / Pump / Plugs etc then it must be wired as below. Ignore other breakers in this image as example, the LIVE wire can be from any other breaker below into the Smart Breaker if wiring correct, or from Earth Leakage or from Main/Sub DBBoard. Your Electrician will know the easiest way to wire based on your current DB Board wiring.   Features of Smart Breakers (Independent of monitoring capabilities): With the 1-63A WIFI Smart Breaker, you can control high power appliances such as geysers, pool pumps, heat pumps, jacuzzi heaters or air-conditioners. Be sure to set the Amps to the wiring gauge installed for the smart breaker. Schedule/Timer/Loop timer, Scene based routines can change status base on status of other smart devices. Manually Add Device as Wifi Breaker to Tuya or SmartLife App: Ensure the Breaker is switched off and connected as per installation diagram above. Hold the power button for 6-8 seconds to ensure Wifi Pairing can start Check the Indicator Light is Flashing FAST to ensure the breaker can be paired Choose options below to Add the Smart Breaker Smart Scenes below can be specified on Tuya App (Auto Scenes Triggers for Amps, Watts, Volts etc) Energy Monitoring can be seen on the Breaker Main Page and statistics: Breaker Monitoring Functions and Settings: Variable Trip Limit settings can be set on breaker for Amps, Overvoltage, Undervoltage or Current Leakage   When a Fault Occurs, the breaker will by DEFAULT Attempt to Switch-ON after the overcurrent/overvolt/leakage etc threshold has been restored within operating threshold. To set the number of times this occur set the “reclosing allowed times” to 1 as below. 1 Attempt is sufficient to ensure the problem can be resolved causing the breaker to trip. To change the time it takes for the breaker to attempt to switch ON again set the “reclose recover seconds” in seconds to attempt to switch breaker ON again. NOTE!!! When the reclose limit is turned off, the device will operate without restrictions and have unlimited attempts when current/overvolt etc restored to switch on. THIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED, since you need to find the problem on wiring causing the breaker to trip under the conditions set. Operational Record : On/Off Changes and informational info are displayed on the “Operation Record” View When Power is lost to the breaker and it is switched off, when power restored the breaker will resume last known state e.g if Breaker was ON it will be ON when powered restored and if breaker was OFF it will stay OFF when power restored.
